What Have We Here ?

These mid-century beauties were originally designed circa the early 1960s for the Brodie Mountain Ski Resort, which is nestled in the Taconic Mountains of Massachusetts (one of the first ski resorts in the country to offer lighted night skiing!). They traveled around the American northeast to several more ski resorts before ultimately resting for several years with one of the resort’s beloved employees. These tables encompass the rustic and slightly “campy” side of mid-century style, yet their solid pine construction is a testament to the longlasting, circular lives they have lived and will continue to over their total lifespan.

How to Use It ?

We like to think of this furniture as everyone’s favorite country uncle; it’s sensible, rustic, charming, and totally American in its own right. We think it would be perfect as an island in a cozy kitchen, as a humble yet attractive desk, or even as a small dining table in a quaint but well-appointed apartment.

Why It Matters ?

The chair’s composition of simple materials, coupled with a timeless silhouette, assures it will hold its place in your home for generations to come with proper care.
